The Edwardian entrance hall, with its original tiled floor and sweeping staircase, leads to a spacious, modern kitchen overlooking the garden. The kitchen features a farmhouse-style dining table and connects to a cozy living room with a wood burner, large TV, and patio doors opening onto the garden.
The dining room, located off the entrance hall, has a bay window and wood burner, making it ideal for group meals. There is also a ground floor bathroom with shower and a double bedroom, ideal for those who prefer to avoid stairs.
In terms of practicality, outside the back door is a bike / dog wash area leading into a utility / drying room with laundry facilities. A bootroom / kit store. A walk-in pantry with second fridge freezer and a secure bike store. -
The first floor has four bedrooms: a twin, two zip-and-link rooms (adjustable to super-king or twin setups), and a double with an en-suite shower room. The family bathroom is a standout feature, with a roll-top bath and separate shower—perfect for soaking after a long day outdoors.
The second floor is all about fun. This games and cinema room is a hit with younger guests (and the young at heart!). There’s a projector & Xbox for movies or gaming, table football, and even a high table and chairs for board gaming or work. Two sofa beds make this space flexible for larger groups or kids’ sleepovers.

The house is surrounded by a large, enclosed walled garden with stunning rural views. It’s a space designed for everyone to enjoy. The terrace, accessible from the living room and kitchen, is kitted out with a dining suite, pizza oven, fire pit, and casual seating—perfect for al fresco evenings. The lawn is ideal for children and dogs to play safely.
A hot tub adds the finishing touch for those wanting to kick back. With the Shropshire Hills designated as a Dark Sky area, you can soak under the stars in one of the best stargazing spots around.
